NUBTO was founded through a shared vision between two hospitality professionals who recognized a growing need for elevated, reliable, and hospitality-driven catering services throughout New York City. With a combined background of over 30 years in hospitality and more than 20 years of experience in event management, we came together with one goal: to redefine how luxury residential buildings and corporate offices experience food, beverage, and guest service.

Having worked across some of New York’s most demanding hospitality environments, we understood that modern buildings and workplaces were looking for more than traditional catering. They were seeking a partner capable of delivering consistent hospitality experiences that feel seamless, polished, and thoughtfully curated — whether for a morning coffee service, an executive meeting, a tenant appreciation event, or a large-scale corporate gathering.
